International Shipping We ship to multiple countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages CALIL LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at info@calil.store within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
